Mick Jenkins has dropped two new songs, both produced by THEMPeople and both featuring theMIND. The double-sided single is being referred to by Jenkins as SIP!, complete with cover art depicting the Pokemon Psyduck, in staying with the hydrated theme he started with The Water[s] and Wave[s].

Jenkins has been a sought-after commodity since the 2014 release of that former mixtape, which quickly became a favorite of critics. Based in Chicago, the rapper's focus is squarely between the driving, visceral outlook of that city's drill scene and the self-consciously artful output of artists like Chance The Rapper and Saba. In addition to his recorded work and his famously raucous live shows, Jenkins has been noted for his unique approach to the visual mediums; his clip for "Ps and Qs," from Wave[s], was one of last year's most creative rap videos. A full-length debut is expected some time in the near future.
