Meek Mill and Rick Ross cover the Spring 2015 issue of XXL. In March, the XXL crew headed down to Atlanta for the cover shoot of our latest release, in which Meek opens up about his legal drama and confirms his relationship with Nicki Minaj, while Rick Ross breaks down his new health kick and explains why this year will be the biggest year for his empire yet.
With everyone amped for the Maybach Music duo's first XXL cover shoot in years, the team turned things to the max. The results were priceless. Housed in what appears to be a hippie commune in ATL, XXL not only brought the surrounding area's hip-hop knowledge to higher levels, but we also shot awesome cover images and a music video for Meek Mill's "Ice Cream (Freestyle)."
"We did a lot of shooting today, got a lot of shots. Gave XXL an exclusive video," says Meek Mill in the clip above. "We just started freestyling and shooting videos, doing what we want and having fun."
