Alchemist and Action Bronson have always been a winning combination. Hailing from Beverly Hills and culinary comic books, respectively, the duo has scattered loosies that could anchor most albums, full of psychedelic samples and lavish imagery. Fittingly, it's Bronson who raps on the only non-instrumental track on Alchemist's new project. Due out July 10, Retarded Alligator Beats promises to be exactly what the title suggests--foreign, hard, slightly insane. "Voodoo" is what elevator music would sound like if you had an elevator in your house and "wiped [your] ass with a rap check." Bronson watches Home Alone, skips foreplay, dresses his cronies up in drag to rob armored trucks, then skates through customs eating muffins.
