Lil Wayne is being sued once again.

According to TMZ, an artist named Rich Rick claims he owns the rights to the beat for Wayne's Carter IV single,  "How to Love."

Rick filed the lawsuit last week in L.A. Country Superior Court, claiming he purchased several master recordings between 2006 and 2009, one of which is the beat that now appears on "How to Love." He says he bought it from a production crew called Drummer Boyz and that they double-crossed him by pitching the same beat to Weezy  in exchange for a 35% royalty agreement.

Rick is suing Weezy, the Drummer Boyz and others for breach of contract and fraud, among other things, and is demanding everything DB is entitled to under their agreement with Wayne plus 10% interest. Neither Wayne nor the Drummer Boyz have commented on the suit as of press time.—Gina Montana
