With the release of their Drip Harder project, Lil Baby and Gunna are killing the rap scene right now as two of the hottest young artists out of Atlanta. As more proof of their glow-up, the newly-formed duo's "Drip Too Hard" single has entered the top five of the Billboard Hot 100 and currently sits at the No. 4 spot.

The song jumps 21 spots, after being planted in the No. 25 position just last week. The banger is definitely gaining traction. They released the video for the cut a couple of weeks ago. They even performed the track at the 2018 BET Hip Hop Awards, which aired on Tuesday (Oct. 16).

The project the song resides on is enjoying much success as well. The release also debuted in the top five of the Billboard 200 chart, also at No. 4. The project moved 130,000 units with 121,000 coming off streaming alone in week one. It was the most streamed drop of the week of its release.

Drip Harder features guest appearances form Drake, Young Thug, Lil Durk and Nav, and production from Turbo, Wheezy, Quay Global, Frank Dukes, Loso, B Rackz, June, Mattazik Muzik and JET. Luke Fox, who reviewed the project for XXL noted, "Drip Harder is the irreverent, indulgent offspring of Quality Control and Young Stoner Life’s phenoms. The two main contributors are more comfortable playing with melody than lyrical concepts."

Both rappers will appear on Lil Yachty's upcoming album Nuthin' 2 Prove.
