Rick Ross’ Baby Mama Says 50 Cent Emotionally Destroyed Her With Sex Tape Narration

Lastonia Leviston, Rick Ross' baby mother and the woman seen in the now infamous sex tape that sparked the feud between Rozay and 50 Cent, is suing Fifty for violating her civil rights by publishing the tape and inflicting emotional harm, according to reports. Leviston appeared in a Manhattan courtroom on Monday (June 15) as her lawyer, Philip Freidin, told jurors in explicit detail what goes on in the video and how Fifty destroyed her emotionally. Leviston's lawyer also claimed that his client was used as a way for the G-Unit head honcho to profit from the beef between him and Rozay. According to the New York Daily News, Freidin told jurors that Fifty used the sex tape and feud with Rick Ross to boost traffic to his website where he sold merchandise, concert tickets and music. By Feb. 2009, right around the time the sex tape was leaked, Fitty's web traffic had jumped 60%.

Unsurprisingly Fifty and his lawyer, James Renard, are calling B.S. on Leviston's claims. According to the Daily News, Renard told jurors that after she filed the lawsuit against his client, Rozay moved his baby mother into a three-bedroom house in a gated community in Pembroke Pines, Florida. "Her life is better because she filed this lawsuit against Rick Ross' rival," Renard told the courtroom. Renard also argued that the rapper's computer was hacked and someone stole the sextape before he could post it to his website.

While Fifty and Leviston battle it out in court, the Queens rapper is suing Rick Ross, claiming that it was Ross, or someone from his camp, who leaked the sex tape and should cover any judgement against him in his lawsuit with Leviston.

The recent lawsuit filed by Curtis Jackson against Mr. William Roberts is clearly another attempt to draw attention to his descending entertainment career and one of several desperate, last minute attempts he’s made to avoid and deflect legal and financial responsibility for his own actions related to the pending New York City civil trial in which he’s a defendant.

The New York City lawsuit was filed against Curtis Jackson five years ago. Mr. Roberts was neither named as a defendant nor legally joined by Mr. Jackson in that suit. If and/or when Mr. Jackson properly serves Mr. Roberts, we will aggressively address and defend against these frivolous and futile claims.
