Fresh off of a role in the new film Superfly, KR drops his latest song, "Pop Out."

On the banger, which features a haunting trap beat, KR takes aim at his critics, rapping, "This is for all of the haters that doubted/I told you I made it/I'm taking the blood from the rappers/I'm killin' 'em then use 'em as fragrance/I'm just showin' the basics/I just do what I do and you do what you can don't get it mistaken."

"Pop Out" appears to be featured on KR's upcoming project, In Due Time, which was scheduled to release today (June 29) but has yet to drop. In a tweet sent out earlier today, KR appeared to address the delay, tweeting, "I never force anything, whatever is meant to happen will happen & I'm coo with that."

In a recent interview with Billboard, KR discussed the upcoming project, revealing there would be a little something for all his listeners spread throughout 12 tracks. "When rappers hear this project I want them to understand I'm not to be played with," he said. "When women hear this project I want them to fall in love with me. When dancers hear this project I want them to be able to party to it."

KR also touched on his project getting lost in the shuffle of Drake's new Scorpion album, but said he wasn't too worried. The Intermission rapper wants to see more up-and-coming artists dropping the same day as bigger names and believes the fans can shift the conversation.
