Kid Trunks Flaunts His Gamer Skills in “Love Never Blossoms” Video
Members Only original member Kid Trunks is back with yet another visual in promotion of his latest mixtape, Super Saiyan.
The video for "Love Never Blossoms," directed by Winchoz, finds 18-year-old Kid Trunks at The Midway arcade. While checking out their bevy of attractions, the "Not Legal" rhymer explains why he'll never fall in love, seeing that money has already occupied his heart. The South Florida-bred artist also shows off his dancing skills in an undisclosed parking lot, hitting BlocBoy JB and internet sensation Roy Purdy's signature moves.
Over some sick, bass-heavy production, Trunks makes it clear he's not the one to cross. "Four-five, in your muthafuckin' skull, put you in a hearse/ Louis bag on my waist with my designer shirt/And your homies be the ones that put you in the dirt/Leave you dead, then they go up in your bitch's skirt," he spits with vengeance.
Shortly after the release of the "Love Never Blossoms" music video, Kid Trunks promoted it on Instagram and vowed to keep the music coming. "WE GOINN HARD ALL YEAR, I SHALL REMAIN THE GREATEST," he wrote.
This all sounds promising, seeing that he'll be joining Ski Mask The Slump God, Danny Towers, Bandhunta Izzy and DJ Scheme on the Ski Meets World Tour. While he's not overseas for the European portion, Trunks will be part of the North American leg kicking off in August. He'll be performing at shows in Texas, California, New York and Florida, to name a few.
