The rollout for Kanye West's album The Life of Pablo is now infamous for how it was handled, but it turns out 'Ye had some difficulty before anything was even recorded. During the final episode of Khloe Kardashian's Kocktails With Khloe, Kanye's wife Kim Kardashian revealed that he lost the original lyrics. And how did he lose them? His daughter North West flushed an iPhone that contained the lyrics down the toilet.

"Kanye had every single rap in his iPhone before he really started working on [The Life of] Pablo and then North flushed it down the toilet," Kim Kardashian said. "And they could not be retrieved. We sent it to like four places."

Kim Kardashian praised her husband, saying that he did not even get mad at her. Obviously it was not a devastating blow as Kanye West was able to craft the album, which earned the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 earlier this month. But it does make you wonder if any of those original lyrics would have drastically changed any of the songs that ended up on The Life of Pablo.

As for the drama surrounding the album's release, that is far from over. A fan named Justin Baker-Rhett filed a class action lawsuit in U.S. District Court in San Francisco on Monday (April 18)  against Kanye and Tidal. Rhett is claiming that Kanye “fraudulently promised fans that his album, The Life of Pablo, would only be available on Tidal.” Considering the negative response that surrounded the former exclusivity Tidal had on the album, it is bizarre to see such an extreme reaction from the other side.
