Yeezy season continues. Kanye West will headline a monster lineup at the 2015 edition of Power 106's annual "Powerhouse" concert at the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA on May 16. Kanye will be joined by Kid Ink, Ludacris, Tinashe, G Eazy, Nipsey Hu$$le, Casey Veggies, Logic, B.o.B., Tech N9ne and Ty Dolla $ign. Pre-sale tickets go on sale on Wed. April, 8 and public tickets will go on-sale on Thurs., April 9.

Kanye's 'Powerhouse' performance will precede his controversial headlining date at the UK's Glastonbury Festival in late June. After being announced as the headliner for the popular four-day event, fans in the UK called for 'Ye's removal from the lineup in place of a rock band. A petition that was started by a man named Neil Lonsdale earned 38,000 signatures in a two-day span. To combat Lonsdale another petition titled "Cancel all other performers and rename the festival "Yeezus Tour" was started and has been signed by just under 3,000 people at this date. Festival organizer Emily Eavis defended Kanye West by saying, "there is no question in my mind that we have got one of the greatest artists of his generation headlining, and we have no regrets at all about booking him..."

This is not the first time a hip-hop act has had to deal with criticism at Glastonbury. In 2008, Oasis singer and UK native said that it was "wrong" for Jay Z to be headlining the show. Hov responded rather cleverly by opening his set with a performance of Oasis's smash hit "Wonderwall" and proceeded to put on a great show.
