Kanye West and longtime manager Izvor "Izzy" Zivkovic are parting ways.

While it's uncertain why Kanye and Zivkovic have split, according to a March 28 report from Billboard, Scooter Braun will now be stepping up to take over all management roles. Braun was brought onto the Yeezy management team in 2016. Zivkovic has yet to comment on the split.

In related Kanye West news, The Life of Pablo rapper is currently in a legal battle with Chinese apparel Fujian Baby Network Techonlogy Co. after the company attempted to trademark the "Yeezy Boost" name. The apparel company filed paperwork to obtain the name on June 9, 2017, and now, Yeezy has fired back with paperwork of his own attempting to block the move.

Although Kanye has been using the Yeezy name since his days with Nike and the Air Yeezy sneaker and is now using it for his shoes with Adidas, the rapper failed to obtain a trademark for the name for use with his clothing line.

The news comes as Kanye gears up for the release of the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Butter sneaker. While an official release date has yet to be revealed, the shoe is reportedly set to drop in June. The Chicago rapper is also preparing for launch of his Yeezy Season 6 collection.

Kanye and wife Kim Kardashian have been previewing pieces of the collection on Instagram, using celebrities such as Jordyn Woods, Paris Hilton, Amina Blue and more to sport the pieces.
