In the midst of all of his controversial tweets and perspectives that have shaken up social media, Kanye West is giving tons of updates on his forthcoming projects. After announcing that he and Kid Cudi would releasing their Kids See Ghost collaboration album on June 8, the super producer claims that the two will also be making a coinciding short film.

Earlier this week (April 25), Yeezy tweeted that a Kids See Ghost short film would be shot and directed by Dexter Navy, but didn't give any details on what the concept of the movie would be.

"Kids See Ghost short film will be shot by Dexter Navy," he writes.

On top of the short film, `Ye already unveiled art inspired by Tokyo-based artist Takashi Murakami, which is related to the forthcoming project with him and Cudi.

The short film will follow in the footsteps of Kanye's previous short films that he released, including Runaway back in 2010, as well as Cruel Summer, which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2012.

The Life of Pablo rapper has been announcing tons of releases over the last week, including his forthcoming seven-song album, which is slated to drop on June 1. He also revealed that Pusha T's next album is set to drop on May 25, while Teyana Taylor will release on June 22.
