Kanye West Decrees Second Verse On “New Slaves” Is Best In Hip-Hop History

Kanye West is known for his cockiness and braggadocio (and run-ins with the paparazzi), but earlier today Ye took it to a whole new level claiming one of his verses on "New Slaves" is the best 16 ever recorded by a rapper.

Kanye made a rare Twitter appearance this morning and raised more than a few eyebrows with what he decided to post. “I open the debate… The 2nd verse of New Slaves is the best rap verse of all time….meaning … OF ALL TIME IN THE HISTORY OF RAP MUSIC, PERIOD,” he typed. Naturally, the boast caused a number of responses ranging from a few agreeing to others outright calling Ye crazy. So, what's the verdict? Is Ye's verse Guinness Book, worthy?
