A$AP Rocky's new album is on the way, according to Juicy J. The Memphis rapper shared a photo from the studio with Rocky in the early hours of Friday morning (May 17), and confirmed the project.

"5:30am We cooked up a masterpiece! @asvpxrocky new album on the wayyyyyyyyyyy," Juicy tweeted with the pic, that included himself, Rocky, Project Pat and producers Metro Boomin and Crazy Mike.

This will serve as Rocky's fourth studio album, following 2018's Testing. Earlier this year, the Harlem rapper debuted a new song in concert, seemingly titled "Babushka," though he has yet to release the CDQ version. It's unclear whether that song will appear on the new album.

As for Juicy J's involvement in the project, it comes as no surprise. The pair have had a longstanding relationship since the early days of Rocky's career, with Juicy even co-executive producing Rocky's sophomore effort, At. Long. Last. A$AP. Most recently, the pair collaborated on the Testing cut, "Gunz N Butter."

Back in January, Rocky stopped by The Angie Martinez Show on Power 105, and told the legendary radio host that he was working on the project—so it's been a while in the making.

“I’m working on my music now. Working on another project,” Rocky told Angie. He also teased a collaborative album with Tyler, The Creator, but Tyler has since shot that down and said it does not exist.
