Jim Jones Taunts The Government As He Gets Out Of Jail

On Wednesday (October 2), it was reported that Jim Jones was arrested for allegedly driving while under the influence of marijuana in the Bronx. TMZ cameras caught up with Jim Jones last week when he exited Bronx Criminal Court after finally being freed from jail.

While he would not answer any specifics regarding the case, Jim Jones was still seemingly in good spirits as he laughed with the cameraman while walking down the street.

When asked why he declined a breathalyzer test after he was arrested on October 2, Jim Jones declined to answer saying, "I can't talk about it. You gotta ask the government. Oh, they shut down? [Laughs]"
