Jay Z/Picasso Art Piece To Debut In Miami
Jay Z has been shouting out painter Pablo Picasso since his Reasonable Doubt days when he rapped "You draw, better be Picasso, you know the best" on "Friend Or Foe." It seems as if he will now be joining the 20th-century surrealist artist in a new mixed media art piece that will debut in Miami this week.
Artist David Datuna will be debuting his new art piece entitled Jay Z/Picasso: Opposition of Imaginations at Art Miami, a Miami art festival, on December 5. The mixed media sculpture is constructed from hundreds of collected eye glasses and will be mounted on a large wall for display to the public.
You can see a photo of the Jay Z/Picasso sculpture in the image above or visit the The Art Miami Pavilion Midtown to see the sculpture in person.
