Jay-Z Returns To Twitter And Rants About #NewRules

Yeezy season isn’t the only thing taking over this summer.

Jay-Z shook the Internet yesterday when he revealed his new album, Magna Carta Holy Grail, was dropping on July 4. He continued his run today by going on Twitter to further explain what he meant by "we need to write the new rules." He dropped some knowledge on J. Cole and Kanye West’s recent marketing campaigns. Then, he signed off by saying "that was my yearly allotment." See you in 2014, Hov?
