Toronto-bred crooner Jakhoy serenades the ladies with his latest track, "Wine."

The Def Jam signee invokes his West Indian heritage and the song even has a slightly EDM-infused vibe thanks to production from Mars Today. As Jahkoy sings, he's willing to do just about anything to get the woman of his affection to wine for him.

"Get a little money/I might spend it on you/Wanna buy you a fancy diamond ring and all/Provide with my time/What is mine is yours I, would build us a family/A home for you A little room for me/Until then, we should stack some cheddar away/And while we get better with age," he sings.

Since re-branding himself in 2014, Jahkoy has been making all the right noise and working relentlessly to stand out in the increasingly-saturated playing field of Toronto's new school. Jahkoy 2013 project Dying to Live Forever made a big impact on fans. Deciding to take his talents outside of the Canadian borders, Jahkoy relocated to L.A. in late 2014, and soon garnered valuable cosigns from famed producer No I.D.

Jahkoy is gearing up to drop his next project, Temptations, sometime this year but not before the talented upstart heads out on tour with California band The Neighbourhood on select tour dates. Jahkoy will also be doing his festival circuit this summer run with sets at Lollapalooza, Wireless Festival, Firefly Fest and more. Check out Jahkoy's latest melodic loosie above.
