Hip-Hop Reacts to Kendrick Lamar’s ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’
Last night (March 15), Kendrick Lamar dropped his sophomore album, To Pimp A Butterfly a week early from his original release date (march 23). This stealthy album drop by K.Dot came just one day after the 20th anniversary of Tupac Shakur's album Me Against The World. To Pimp A Butterfly features Snoop Dogg, Rapsody, George Clinton and even a deceased 2Pac. Needless to say, fans of the TDE titan went crazy on social media when news of new music spread.
To Pimp A Butterfly as well. Whether they were involved in creating the LP or just a K.Dot fan, late night accolades from the hip-hop world came scrolling down the TL just as soon as the stream began.
