Gucci Mane Named In Slim Dunkin’s Wrongful Death Lawsuit
Gucci Mane was named on a wrongful death lawsuit filed Wednesday by Bricksquad 1017 affiliate Mario “Slim Dunkin” Hamilton's father, Mark Hamilton, in Fulton County State Court, according to Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Slim Dunkin was shot in an East Atlanta recording studios in 2011. Vinson Hardimon was found guilty in February for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and gun possession charges for the shooting which happened because of a dispute over candy.
Gucci is currently in Fulton County Jail on gun charges and faces federal gun charges and aggravated assault charges.
