G-Eazy Battles His Demons on New Song “The Beautiful & Damned”
After recently revealing the release date and artwork for his upcoming album, The Beautiful & Damned, G-Eazy is back with the release of the title track.
Produced by G-Eazy himself, "The Beautiful & Damned" finds the Oakland rapper teaming up with singer Zoe Nash. "I know a Gemini can be confusing/Split right down the middle like there's two of me/No hiding, I bare all nudity/This is everything that comes with celebrity/Criticism, ridicule and the scrutiny/Think about what I spent on some jewelry/But it all comes back to me usually/And it's none of y'alls business truthfully," G-Eazy raps on the song.
The release of "The Beautiful & Damned" comes a few days after the rapper dropped the video for "The Plan." Like his latest song, "The Plan" will also be featured on Eazy's upcoming album, along with the single "No Limit."
G-Eazy's 20-track, double album is set to release on Dec. 15 and will include features from Halsey, Kehlani, E-40, Charlie Puth, Anna of the North, A$AP Rocky, Cardi B and more. Along with the project, the rapper will also release a short film of the same name. The movie will explore the duality of Gerald (his government name) and G-Eazy.
