Back in July, Ciara brought Future to court claiming his activity on social media and comments in interviews had caused her to lose out on a half a million dollar endorsement deal. She sued him for a whopping $15 mil, but on Wednesday (Oct. 12), TMZ reports that the judge isn't buying it.

According to TMZ, a judge has ruled that a string of tweets Future fired off in Ciara's direction aren't enough to warrant all the money she's asking from him. The tweets included Future saying, "this bitch got control problems," and the judge says they don't match the offense Ciara accuses him of. She's gonna have to come up with more evidence of how exactly the "Honest" rapper is hurting her career.

Future countersued Ciara soon after she filed her own lawsuit, saying the "Body Party" singer didn't have much of a career to damage (yikes). He later dropped the lawsuit.

In addition, Future doesn't believe there was ever an endorsement deal on the table for Ciara in the first place, and he's asked for the entire case to get thrown out.
