Future, Bow Wow Pop Up on Atlanta Falcons Sideline Before Game Against Seattle Seahawks
The NFL football season is getting serious, with the playoffs in full swing. Earlier today (Jan. 14), Future and Bow Wow showed up to the Atlanta Falcons vs. Seattle Seahawks game to show support for the home team.
The rappers were spotted on the sideline before the game looking inconspicuous, with Future rocking a white hoodie and large shades while Bow Wow sported a Falcons tee.
Now, there are levels to this. Future's ex Ciara is married to Russell Wilson, who of course plays for the Seattle Seahawks. So there is a chance the Freebandz head honcho is there to do some trolling. Bow Wow is also an ex to Ciara, leading many to believe he also showed up for psychological purposes.
It has already been reported that the Falcons' DJ Jay Envy plans to play plenty of Future tracks during the game. “This is Atlanta. I play Future at every home game,” Envy said recently. “That’s like not playing [Kanye] in Chicago. It just doesn’t happen. I’m not not going to play Future because of a certain team or player…I’m going to play it and, to be honest, no one has hit me up directly saying I can’t play the records I normally play.”
In related news, Ciara recently dropped her defamation lawsuit against Future. The $15 million suit was originally filed in February 2016, after Future went on Twitter and spoke negatively about their custody battle.
This led to a counter suite filed by Future, and more legal threats from both parties. Now they have put the potential legal action in the past.
