It's been a minute since we've heard new music from Fat Joe, but the Bronx rapper has something special planned with fellow Terror Squad member Remy Ma. In an interview with HipHopWired, Joe said that he and Remy have recorded a project together, though there's no timetable for release.

“Me and Remy just wrapped up a new album,” Joe said. “Just me and Remy. I’m super excited about that. The album is ridiculous. So we’ve been working musically like crazy.”

The first single off the album, "All The Way Up," will feature fellow BX MC French Montana, with photos from a recent video shoot all over Joe's Instagram. Joe says that he has a title for the album but can't yet reveal it to the masses.

“I have the title, but we’re trying to see if we can legally use the title,” he said. “Until I hear back from the lawyers…it’s an ill title. But I gotta see if I can legally use it. I patented it but I’m trying to make sure I can say and use it, but it’s ill.”

The album will receive an independent release with the "All The Way Up" video shot recently taking place in New Jersey and New York. For Remy Ma, who has been starring in this season of Love & Hip Hop, the album will be her first project since 2014's I'm Around, what was the rapper's first post-prison release.
