Drake’s ‘Scorpion’ Album Pops Up on Billboards in Toronto
Scorpion season is officially upon us and billboards for Drake's upcoming album are popping up throughout Toronto.
While the billboards don't offer too much details besides a release date of June 29, they do showcase some cryptic messages that have fans shuffling to figure out what they mean. One billboard features a large owl battling a scorpion, while another ad features the same animals plus the phrase, "Is There More."
The consensus among fans is that Drizzy is gearing up to release a double-album, especially since one of the billboards features "A Side B Side." While it's uncertain if the 6 God actually has a double-CD dropping, it's clear Drake has something up his sleeve.
Other billboards in the campaign include an ad that reads, "Changing From Boy to a Man" and "Don't Hit Me When You Hear This," leading some to believe the Toronto MC may also have a Pusha-T diss in the works.
The beef between the two has been confirmed squashed by Pusha and Rap-A-Lot Records CEO J. Prince, but the CEO did say Drake had a Pusha diss recorded. "I don't think it would leak because [Drake] gave his word," Prince said. "Me knowing Drake like I know him, he has a word and until I see differently, I will believe differently."
