Odell Beckham Jr. and Drake first linked up at the 2015 Houston Appreciation Weekend celebrity softball game and now the New York Giants wide receiver will likely be one of the first people in the world to hear the completed version of Views From the 6.

In a DraftKings segment entitled "Face 2 Face," Beckham sat down with MMA fighter Ronda Rousey to give the stories behind some of their most well-known photos and when a pic with Drake came up, Beckham revealed that he's been crashing with the superstar MC.

"That's my guy right there. [Houston Appreciation Weekend] was really the first time we hung out," he said. "He's somebody whose mind state is the same as yours and they want nothing but success, they want to be the best. We just click on a level like that. This really was the start of a becoming friendship that will carry on for a lifetime. Weird enough, I'm actually staying at his place while he finishes [Views From the 6]. He needs to chill out with that house out there, there's too much going on."

In October of 2015, the New York Giant sat down with Rolling Stone and professed that Drizzy’s music hits home and motivates him to be great.

“Whether he knows it or not, he motivates me,” he said. “‘Energy’ is one of his songs I’ll listen to before the game. [When] he’s talking about, ‘Got a lot of people trying to drain me of this energy,’ he’s talking about what’s inside of him that makes him who he is. It does get draining, because you want to give that to people, you want to see other people be great as well. I’m waiting for somebody to come along and do some crazy catch!”

The NFL baller has shown his rapping skills in the past, so maybe he'll get a guest verse on #Views. According to PitchforkViews From the 6 is due out at the end of April. Yesterday (April 6), the rapper dropped two joints from the project, "One Dance" feat. Wizkid and Kyla, and "Pop Style" featuring Jay Z and Kanye West.
