Drake and Future have confirmed that the sequel to What A Time To Be Alive is on the way.

Last night (April 4), Future was hanging out with Drake in London after the OVO rapper brought out the Atlanta spitta for a third night in a row at the O2 Arena. During their time backstage, Future uploaded a video to his Instagram story featuring him and Drizzy. In the video, the two hint at What a Time To Be Alive 2 being in the works.

"What's that? We gotta cook that up. That two," Drake says in the video while holding up two fingers. Future then responds, "It's already cooked. Top secret."

The visual confirmation comes weeks after rumors circulated the Internet claiming that their second joint album was completed. Fans first suspected a sequel was on the way last year after Future teased a new collaboration with Drake on Snapchat.

In the trap-heavy teaser, Future was heard rapping, "I got 20 damn Kylies," before Drake followed up with, "I got 20 damn Kendalls/"Young slim baddies and they’re in Vogue/I got 20 fuckin’ Gigis." The video featuring the teaser has since been deleted but could be a clue into what to expect for WATTBA 2.

The last time Drake and Future teamed was in 2016 for "Used to This," which was later added to Future's self-titled album. According to the Freebandz founder, every detail about the sequel is "top secret" so no release date for WATTBA 2 has been confirmed.
