It could be nothing or it could add fuel to the fire. Earlier this afternoon, Young Thug posted a Carter 6 promo vid to his Instagram account that may have been a shot at Young Money. The video is a mashup of clips of Young Thug performing live but the notable part is what the Caribbean woman is saying in the background. It's tough to make up, but it sounds like she is saying, "Big killa, young nigga, young fucking money...fuck you I kill you." The video then fads and red lettering saying "Barter 6" flashes across the scene---likely a nod to gang culture, not a change in the title.

Young Thug recently said that Lil Wayne is his idol and that he "won't ever swap words or beef with him about nothing." Perhaps Thugger's mood changed after Wayne went on stage and asked the crowd to "Stop listening to songs of niggas who pose naked on their muthafuckin' album covers." Weezy also asked the crowd to tell Rich Gang "Fuck [you]" if they ever touch the same stage he was standing on.

Carter 6 drops next week on Thugga’s mother’s birthday (Apr. 17). His single “Check” will lead the way on the project. Young Thug has previously stated that he has plans to continue the Carter series if Wayne stops at Tha Carter V. The release of Carter 6 is going to cause quite the stir in the hip-hop world and it will be all eyes on Weezy to see how he responds.
