If you're drafting a list of descriptors for Denzel Curry, you're putting 'breathless' near the top. On "Ultimate," his new 90-second loosie, the one-time Raider Klan affiliate is shouting clipped threats from a getaway car, probably foreign, likely stolen. "Denzel Curry is the new Kennedy" doesn't, on first pass, seem like a natural connection to draw, but Curry lives in a world grimmer than the one we inhabit.
