Update (Sept. 19, 12:58 p.m. EST):

Sosa just dropped the video for "Mailbox," directed by J.R. Saint, and has also released the song on iTunes. Watch the visual below.

"The video was fate," says Saint about shooting the vid. "I had been on Keef's manager Peeda Pan for months to shoot another Sosa video since "Faneto." So one night, I get a call from Peeda Pan at 7 p.m. asking if I was in NYC to shoot a video immediately because Keef had an early flight the next morning. I was in Boston at the time but couldn't pass up the opportunity! I drove to NYC and we shot until about 4 a.m., and now we got another classic done!"

Original Story:

Chief Keef has been unstoppable this year. After dropping his Two Zero One Seven mixtape on the first day of the year and following that up with two more projects, Thot Breaker and The WKeef is planning a fourth solo project called The Dedication for later this year. XXL is proud to premiere "Mailbox," the first record from The Dedication, and you can hear it below.

The song is produced by D. Rich, who Keef caught some chemistry with on another track, "Kills," earlier this year. On Tuesday (Sept. 19), BET will premiere the video for the song. You can watch a preview for the visual below. The track will be on iTunes at 11 p.m. EST tonight.

Sosa, who's called Lil Wayne one of his influences in the past, originally announced The Dedication last March when he tweeted a cover for the tape that resembled the cover of Wayne's classic Dedication tapes. There's no release date for the album quite yet, but rest assured it's coming this year.

Keef and Fredo Santana are also dropping their joint project Turbo Bandana next month, and Apple Music is producing a documentary on Sosa as well.
