This Is The Guy Who Did Blackface Kanye West
Earlier it was reported that Kim Kardashian was fuming after a worker at the Vienna Ball came up to her in black face and pretended to be Kanye West. It is now know that the worker was stand-up comedian Chris Stephan. TMZ has learned that Stephan is apologizing and insist he's not a racist. Stephan took to his Facebook to issue an apology and he's "incredibly sorry" of how unfolded. He says he's of Arab descent himself, and never intended to be racist.
