Blac Youngsta drops a touching tribute to his mentor Yo Gotti on "True Story." Blac Youngsta signed to Gotti's CMG label in fall 2015. Since the signing Blac Youngsta has been consistently releasing quality music, getting better as an artist and cultivating a big social media following because of his wild antics.

The first half of "True Story" is just Blac talking about how much Gotti means to him and how he changed his life. He then begins rapping two minutes into the six-minute record.

"And I hate when the police put me in them handcuffs/And I know them niggas hating on me, they can't stand us/If you try and reach for my change, I'll shoot a fan up/I'd still fuck Lady Gaga if she have cancer," he raps.

"True Story" is produced by Yung Lan and he samples Marvin Gaye's "Say Hello" redux that was featured on the 2007 mashup tape Brooklyn Soul.

Last week, Blac Youngsta claimed Yo Gotti is the only MC in Memphis to ever make other rappers rich, saying other prominent artists like Three 6 Mafia and Young Dolph haven't done as much for their local scene.

Last month Blac Youngsta released his Illuminati mixtape. The 11-track mixtape features Kodak Black, YFN Lucci and Lil Yachty, who was on "Hip Hopper," which has over four million plays on SoundCloud.
