When he signed his deal with Sony/RCA/Polo Grounds, A$AP Rocky made it clear that he wasn’t just concerned about himself, but also about putting his whole A$AP Mob on. Starting later this month, he’s going to be taking a step in that direction. Earlier today (January 3), the Harlem-based crew took to their website, asapmob.com, to announce the tour.

The first member of the crew to gain widespread recognition, 23-year-old Rocky became an industry and internet favorite this past summer with the release of two viral videos, “Pruple Swag” and “Peso.” A few months later, the braided rapper inked a lucrative deal with Sony/RCA/Polo Grounds for both his solo career and his A$AP Mob. In October, he dropped his debut mixtape, LiveLoveA$AP.

Last week, Rocky dropped his most recent song, “Pretty Flacko” [Listen here]. He’ll be joining Drake, Kendrick Lamar and The Weeknd on Drizzy’s Club Paradise Tour later in 2012.
