One of the most common and repeated offenses in the U.S. is without a doubt home invasion. According to the FBI, a home break-in occurs every 13 seconds in the United States and while many home burglaries don’t get publicized on national TV, when it comes to celebrities and entertainers getting their house broken into, the news spreads like wildfire across media.

Most recently, Detroit rapper Big Sean was the victim of a home robbery in Los Angeles. According to TMZ, thieves were able to take from Big Sean’s house $150,000 worth of jewelry and unreleased music. While the case remains unresolved, this isn’t the first time a hip-hop act got their home intruded. In the past, LL Cool J, Chris Brown, Diddy and more, have fallen victims to home invasion. In some cases, burglars were able to take valuable posse ions while others broke into the house with no luck.
