YoungBoy Never Broke Again has been out of jail for less than two months, but it looks like he's already facing some trouble. According to TMZ, the teenage rapper's just been sued for destroying and ditching a 2016 Lamborghini Huracan Spyder.

According to the site, Los Angeles-based Exotic Rental car claims the Baton Rouge, La. rapper was driving down a residential street when he crashed the whip. From there, he left the Lambo on the side of the road before taking off.

Making matters worse is the fact that NBA YoungBoy wasn't even supposed to be driving the whip in the first place. According to Exotic Rental, YoungBoy's agent was the one who signed documents stipulating he'd be the only person whipping the vehicle, and that as such, he'd be "personally liable for any and all damages."

Now, it looks like that aforementioned liability will fall on either YoungBoy or his agent, or maybe even both. Exotic Rental claims the whip suffered more than $350,000 in damages and wants YoungBoy and his agent to cough up the dough.

TMZ says sources close to YoungBoy, who's recently collabed with Kodak Black, claim the wrecked Lambo was actually rented by someone else in his squad, and the reason he bounced from the scene so quickly was because the accident caused an injury that necessitated a prompt trip to the hospital. Sources close to Exotic Rental claim YoungBoy was identified by someone at the scene of the car wreck.

A rep for YoungBoy declined to comment on the story.
