On Monday (Oct. 16), it was announced that YG would be teaming up with Goldenvoice to hold the first annual The Boogie event.

Taking place on Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018 during the upcoming 2018 NBA All-Star Weekend, YG and other artists will perform at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. The performance will be the rapper's first concert in L.A. since 2014's My Krazy Life Tour.

Tickets for the event will go on sale Friday, Oct. 20, while American Express and general pre-sales will be held on Oct. 18 and Oct. 19, respectively. To purchase tickets during the general pre-sale, use the code RIDEOUT.

Last week, YG made headlines when he tweeted that he wanted credit for dissing President Donald Trump over a year ago. The rapper's tweets came after BET aired Eminem's anti-Trump freestyle during the 2017 BET Hip Hop Awards.

"So we don't get no credit for dissing TRUMP a year ago?" YG asked in a now-deleted tweeted. "Mann, FUCK TRUMP 4reals tho. Fuck this internet shit. It's really fuck em," he added."

The rapper also took a shot at Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones but not before blaming the tweets on alcohol. "Fuck the Cowboys owner 2. He's a slave master," he wrote. "Ok that was the drank talkin."
