The tragic terrorist attacks in Paris have most of the world in its feelings. More than 100 people died during coordinated attacks in the country with the organization ISIS taking responsibility and promising more destruction. Outspoken rapper Yasiin Bey recently chopped it up with Ferrari Sheppard about the sad happening and offered his thoughts.

"A big giant 'f-ck off' to ISIS," said Bey during the convo with Sheppard. "You don't represent nothing about Islam or nothing about the prophet."

After speaking on worldwide violence, specifically the Tamir Rice situation, Bey offered a simple yet, correct observation of the whole situation. "Love must and will prevail," he added. "I don't care how corny it sounds. The world has been in a state of emergency. The problem is not Islam [or] organized religion. The problem is people's lack of compassion and care for themselves and their fellow human beings. We don't treat each other well. We need to treat each other better."

During the convo, the Brooklyn native also debuted a new track titled "No Colonial Fiction." The cover art for the song features the aforementioned Rice who was shot and killed by Ohio police officers while holding a toy gun. Bey later shouts out the family of the late teen on the track while spitting about the ills of the of the world we live in over a surprisingly chipper instrumental.
