So it looks like Waka Flocka Flame isn't exactly a fan of Smokepurpp. He revealed as much when he threw some shade at the rapper in an Instagram comment earlier this week.

First, a bit of context. Waka's comment comes underneath a Smokepurpp interview DJ Akademiks posted onto his Instagram account Thursday (Feb. 8). In the video, Purpp touches on why he and Lil Pump used to say "fuck J. Cole" attributing the comments to a generational gap between rappers. It's beneath this post that Waka made known his feelings about the Florida rapper.

"He a lame," Waka wrote in the comment. "Say anything, I'm sending @loudiene." Loudiene is a rapper Waka calls one of his own artists, if you didn't know, and the latter part of the Georgia rapper's comment definitely sounds like a threat.

Before this comment, Flocka also called out Purpp's friend Lil Pump on the Domenick Nati Show, claiming Pump bit his style.

In other Waka news, the rapper recently spoke with XXL about his forthcoming Flockaveli II album. He says it's a project that shows he's improved a lot, but he's not comparing it to Flockaveli.

"I’m not comparing them," he said at the time. "I’m not trying to remake records. I’m not doing none of that. I want people to compare it. I wanna hear what people opinion is. I just know on Flockaveli II I’m snappin. Flockaveli II got a better delivery, better wordplay. It’s grimey."
