Days after Trippie Redd announced the delay of his debut LPLife's a Trip, the 2018 XXL Freshman has revealed an official date for its release. He also unveiled some psychedelic album art.

Today (July 31), the "Love & Drugz II" rhymer posted the peculiar cover on his Instagram page, followed by the caption "LIFES A TRIP. August 10th." Upon taking a closer look, fans can see various drawings of Trippie and a colorful assortment of clocks, moons and demons. The artist behind the trippy visual is unknown.

If you're prejudging the music on Life's a Trip by it's album art, you're probably not too far off. During his 2018 XXL Freshman profile interview, Trippie explained how his music differs from other rappers who experiment with grungier sounds. "I really just blend like rock, R&B and rap together to create a sub-genre, but it's very versatile," he stated. "I do very versatile music."

In preparation of Life's a Trip, Trippie Redd has dropped several tracks, including "Black Magic" and the Chief Keef-assisted "Bilap." He also released "Me Likey" and "How You Feel" back in late June. "Me Likey" was listed as a tentative track on Trippie's debut back when he shared a rough draft of the tracklist.
