Travis Scott has become a mainstay at Houston Rockets games, so it should come as no surprise that the Rodeo rapper was on hand for the 2018 NBA Awards on Monday (June 25) and blessed the audience with a medley of some of his hit songs.

After an introduction from the Los Angeles Lakers' Kyle Kuzma, La Flame hit the stage for a dizzying performance of "Watch." The Houston rapper then went into "Butterfly Effect" and "Goosebumps," as the screen behind him displayed a number of psychedelic graphics.

The 2018 NBA Awards honored basketball's best, including current players and past legends. Philadelphia 76ers star Ben Simmons took home the Rookie of the Year award, while the Los Angeles Clippers' Lou Williams and the Utah Jazz's Rudy Gobert won the Sixth Man and Defensive Player of the Year award, respectively.

Rockets star James Harden was the night's big winner, taking home his first ever Most Valuable Player Award. Other awards included the Lifetime Achievement Award for Oscar Robertson and the Sager Strong Award, which went to Dikembe Mutombo.

Hip-hop is no stranger to the NBA Awards, as last year's event was hosted by Drake. The night also included a performance from Nicki Minaj. The 2018 awards were hosted by comedian Anthony Anderson.
