Travis $cott On Kanye West’s Upcoming Album: “That Sh*t Is Like Some Next-Level 3000″

Whether it’s confirmed or not, we’re going to get a new Kanye West album real soon. Over the course of a few weeks, ‘Ye has previewed some new music captured by Vines and Hudson Mohawke played a pair of songs during his performance in Poland. And if that doesn’t build up anymore hype, ‘Ye’s SNL appearance on May 18 suggests he’ll be showing us the first single off his sixth studio album.

While speaking with MTV’s Rob Markman, G.O.O.D. Music affiliate Travi$ Scott says he’s heard some of ‘Ye’s songs during his trip to Paris. “We're already in the year 3000 fucking with that shit and that's why I love hanging out with those guys over there. You get caught on to that new shit extra fast."

Though Scott wouldn’t give too much information about the new album, he did speak on what he learned from being in the studio with West. "What I can say is, it's cool as fuck, you just learn a lot, you see a lot, you hear a lot and you just get the information super-early," he said. "That's what influences me to work 13 times as hard."
