Travis Scott's girlfriend Kylie Jenner is officially legal and celebrated by having two star-studded parties in West Hollywood, Calif. last night (Aug. 9).

The near-billionaire rang in her 21st birthday surrounded by a legion of celebrity family and  friends. Paparazzi swarmed every member of her family who was present, including Kim, Travis, Kanye West, Khloe and her parents, Kris and Caitlyn. Khloe's ex-boyfriend, rapper French Montana, Meek Mill, The Weeknd, Chris Brown and Dave Chappelle were also in attendance at Craig's, a popular Hollywood eatery.

Later in the evening Kylie and crew retreated to Delilah, where Dave Chappelle belted out Lauryn Hill's "Killing Me Softly," according to TMZ.

In related news, Travis Scott is the face behind yet another lawsuit. The Astroworld rhymer reportedly arrived over an hour late for his set at Montreal’s Osheaga music festival. One fan is now taking legal action over his lateness, according to Montreal Gazette. Megan Le Stum is has filed a class-action suit against Evenko, the event's organizer, for reimbursement fees.

The new parents were also recently featured on the cover of GQ. In the article, Travis and Kylie shared personal moments from their past year together, including how they decided to tour together after Coachella 2017.

“Coachella was one of the stops on his tour. So he said, ‘I'm going back on tour—what do we want to do about this?’ Because we obviously liked each other," she explained. "And I was like, ‘I guess I'm going with you.' I really jumped on the bus. And then we rode off into the sunset. I did the whole tour with him."
