Kanye joined Lil Wayne on stage setting hip-hop abuzz with thoughts of potential collaborations and the end to their great Cold War. Nas raised money for a displaced family. Meanwhile, a couple of old business partners posed together for a photo op proving that time can heal all wounds. If they can change, maybe we can change but if not... this is the week in hip-hop.
