The annual concert series, SummerStage Festival in Central Park, has grown into a must-do summer activity to enjoy some music from across all genres. Last year, SummerStage celebrated the 40 years of hip-hop with a performance that brought together Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, DJ Kool Herc, Pete Rock & C.L Smooth, dead prez and many more. Conversely, Wednesday night’s lineup was filled with the new school of hip-hop that brought plenty of good vibes to the outdoor fun.

ScHoolboy Q closed out the night by performing a slew of hits from his recently released album Oxymoron. He wasn’t alone, though, as surprise guests Ab-Soul, Action Bronson and A$AP Rocky came out to show some love to the enormous crowd. Before Q graced the stage, Tinashe, BlackOutBoyz (A$AP Yams and A$AP J. Scott), Domo Genesis (who did an epic “hot soup in my muthaf**kin bowl” chant), Flatbush Zombies and A$AP Ferg all delivered standout performances that got everyone excited. But we won’t let our words spoil any more. Here are the best Instagram videos from the night.
