Soulja Boy Announces He’s Headed To Jail Next Week

It appears Soulja Boy may have to face some consequenses as a result of his recent run ins with the law. According to the Atlanta artist, jail time is in his near future. The "We Made It" rapper took to Twitter yesterday to reveal that he will be heading off to the bing for an undisclosed amount of time, next week. "5 more days until I go to jail," he typed. "Appreciate everyone who was there for me while I needed y'all."

As of press time, the exact details surrounding the rapper's forthcoming jail time are unknown. It more than likely has something to do with his recent arrest. As previously reported, SB was taken into police custody back in January for gun possession. He was also arrested on felony gun and drug charges in 2011. In October 2009, he was jailed for obstruction of justice.
