Slick Rick has already made the hip-hop history books, but tonight he’ll be making his way into New York City’s American Museum of Natural History. The hip-hop legend will be performing at the museum tonight (March 11) as part of its monthly One Step Beyond concert series.

Set to go down at 9 p.m. at the Rose Center, the Ruler will be rocking the stage alongside veteran rap music video director “Uncle” Ralph McDaniels, Roxy Cottontail and the Activaire DJs.

Rick isn’t the first rapper to perform at One Step Beyond, Kanye West, DJ Jazzy Jeff and Theophilus London, among others, have all rocked at the museum before.

Tickets for the 21-and-over event are currently on sale now here.—Elan Mancini
