Just when you thought Chris Brown caught a break after being released from jail this week, he might be facing some potentially devastating news. According to TMZ, the prosecutor for Chris Brown's case is banking on using his probation violation as bait to possibly move up the trial for his assault case in DC to as early as June 25th.

Initially, Chris Brown said that he did violate his probation. But, he assured everyone that he didn't admit to being guilty.

Now, the prosecutor is talking to a judge in hopes of starting the trial for his D.C. assault case on June 25th. The prosecutor believes that Brown did express guilt to the assault and is uses it as ammo to expedite the date. If the judge agrees, you can expect Brown to be on trial later this month.
