People Are Threatening Mya’s Life Over Rumored Affair With Jay Z
Many were puzzled when news began to resurface of an affair between Mya and Jay Z umpteen years ago. Well, Mya's manager now comes forth to provide clarity on the matter stating that their camp had to kill off rumors once and for all because people were actually threatening Mya's life over it.
"Someone walked up and asked her about it while she was accepting an award at a church," Mya's manager, Mike Killmon, revealed to NY Daily News. "At first it was just ridiculous, but then some die-hard fans start making threats. She really couldn't care less about the rumors, but she wanted to set the record straight when the after-effects started to become troublesome."
This is not the only rumor Mya has recently dispelled as she put rumors of a love affair between her and 50 Cent to rest. “My father and I sat in a room at Violator when Chris Lighty was managing a particular artist and that artist interrupted that meeting,” said Mya to VladTV . “My father was in the room so we cleared out the air and the confession was made on the other person’s part that yes, they lied. But, if that will ever come out from the person’s mouth, who knows, who cares, I’ve addressed it and and you have to pray for certain people.”
