OverDoz. and Miguel Talk About Their “Backstage” Escapades for New Song
Los Angeles hip-hop collective OverDoz. release their new track “Backstage” featuring Miguel. The song is off OverDoz.'s debut album, 2008, which is due out this Friday, Oct. 27 via Polo Grounds Music/RCA Records.
The groovy dance record, which is produced by 1500 or Nothin’ finds Kent, Cream, P, and Miguel talking about having a great time when they go on tour. "Backstage" follows up OverDoz.'s first single "District," which was released two weeks ago.
For OverDoz. fans, they have been waiting years for 2008. The group has been teasing their debut album for a while now and previously released singles, such as their Pharrell-assisted "Last Kiss," since almost two years ago. OverDoz., which is comprised of Kent Jamz, Cream, P, and Joon, were formed in 2008, which is the inspiration behind the debut album.
The last project the group put out was in 2016 when they temporarily changed their names to the Cheetah Boys and released a six-track EP titled Merry Destmas.
