NoCap is reportedly a wanted man.

According to a Wednesday night (Sept. 18) report from Fox's local Alabama news affiliate, Fox 10, the 21-year-old born Kobe Crawford is wanted on two active warrants for shooting into an occupied dwelling and reckless endangerment. Mobile, Ala.'s police reportedly believe he fired shots into a house that was occupied on Sept. 8. Now, the Mobile Police Department wants help locating the rapper, whom they deem armed and dangerous.

This news arrives at a particularly unfortunate time for NoCap, who has picked up a lot of steam over the last year. His 2018 video for "Legend" has been viewed over 7 million times on YouTube. While his career has been taking off, he hasn't been caught up in the hype. Speaking to XXL for The Break earlier this summer, he said he doesn't think about the question of whether he'll blow up.

"I don't feel like rappers know they gon' blow up," he said at the time. "The people around them might know, but the rappers don't know because they so busy working and building. A whole bunch of homies been telling me, 'You gon' blow!' But it just used to go in one ear and out the other. All I know is, I'm finna keep working."
